What counts as a change request?
Any update to website copy, images, service details, contact information, pages, colors, layout, or supported functionality.
Can I include screenshots or videos?
Yes. Upload files to Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the shared link into the attachments field so our team can review them.
What if my site is down?
Submit a Bug Report and mark the ticket as Urgent so it is routed as a critical support issue.
How do I track my ticket?
You will receive updates by email. Reply to that thread if you need to add details after submitting the ticket.
